Breath Work
Breath work is important because it helps calm the mind, reduce stress, improve focus, and increase oxygen flow throughout the body. Proper breathing can also support emotional balance, relaxation, and overall wellness by helping the body move out of tension and into a state of peace. The correct technique involves breathing slowly and deeply through the nose, allowing the diaphragm—not just the chest—to expand. Inhale gently, hold briefly if comfortable, then exhale slowly and fully through the nose or mouth in a controlled manner. Consistent, intentional breathing promotes clarity, stability, and physical renewal.
